Is there a driver age restriction?
All drivers must be over 21 years of age and have held a driving license for at least 12 months to rent cars in categories A, B and C. To rent cars in other categories, the driver must have completed the 23 years of age and have held a driving license for at least 24 months.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, we provide them at no extra charge.
What kind of insurance do you provide?
There are 2 types of car insurance:
CDW (Composite Insurance)
FDW (Full Insurance)
Both CDW and FDW do not cover damage to tyres, windows and mirrors, as well as to the underside of the car.
What is included in the booking fee?
Unlimited Kilometers
The vehicle comes with unlimited mileage.

What documents should I have with me?
When receiving the rental vehicle, the renter must have with him a physical driver's license valid for at least 2 years as well as an identity card or passport. Documents in photocopy or electronic form are not accepted. Citizens of countries outside the European Union must have an international driver's license with them.
Can another driver drive the car?
The rental vehicle can only be driven by the driver or drivers listed in the rental agreement. The driving of the rental car by unauthorized persons is not allowed under any circumstances and the insurance coverage ceases to be valid.
What about rental violations?
Violations during car rental are the sole responsibility of the customer as long as he is in possession of the vehicle. This also includes violations that are not known when the car is delivered to the company. There is a chance that fines and charges will become known to you after several months of your rental.
What happens if a booking is cancelled?
Cancellations can be made after consultation and as agreed with Carrent Karpathos.
